Clarifications:

¹ Athens & Thessaloniki areas are excluded. Additional kg surcharge calculated according to destination (Mainland or Island). ² The  maximum  amount  for  COD service is 2.000 €. ³ Minimum  Quantity 50 pieces. Single  price  applied regardless  of  weight  and  destination.Deliverytimes  &  prices  determined  according  to individual  characteristics  of  each  project.⁴ Certified  transportation  of  prescribed medicines availablefrom  E.O.P.Y.Y. ⁵ Transportation  of medicines requiring specific controlled temperature environment. ⁶ The package to be returned will be invoiced according to the pricelist. The return fee surcharge can be charged either to the sender or to the recipient. ⁷ Service available for parcels up to 5 kilos weight. ⁸ Maximum waiting time is 1 hour. ⁹ For shipments from/to Attica we provide the option for next day delivery (not applicable for shipment by ship). ¹⁰ The service provides the grouping and handling of parcels received from various providers-e-shops  in  one  unified  delivery. ¹¹ Next day delivery from 09:00 am to 19:00pm with option for a pre-arranged one-hour slot delivery if requested using specific packing. Maximum shipping dimension 40 cm and max weight 3 kg. Remote areas are excluded. Applies to shipments within Attica and Thessaloniki also applies to shipments from cities from the mainland with 1 day service to Attica and Thessaloniki (islands excluded). ¹² Delivery Fee 1,60 €. It applied in case the delivery of shipment is changed from Door2ServicePoint delivery at receivers location ( with the exception of: Morning delivery, Saturday Delivery, Delivery with return of protocol number, Collection/Delivery on a National Holiday, Same Day Delivery Services, Collection/ Delivery of Tender Documents, Remote Areas, Next day Delivery to Remote Areas).¹³ For the period 17/6/24 until 15/10/24 regarding deliveries that concern the islands of Zakynthos, Corfu,Lefkada, Mykonos, Rhodes and Santorini, an additional handling fee per shipment will be introduced. Shipments that do not include this additional handling fee will only be available for pickup form the company's local depots. Hence, with this modification, the Door to Service Point (D2SP) service will be suspended for these destinations during the specified period.

 

GENERAL NOTES

Insurance:

All domestic and international shipments are covered by default against loss or damage up to the amount of 70 € for documents or 400 € for parcel shipments. For shipments within Greece, we offer the option for increased insurance amounts. Increased insured value surcharge is calculated based on a 0,6 % premium. For insured values exceeding 3.000 € a previous agreement is required. It is clarified that the insurance does not cover consequential damages.

Volumetric Charges:

The  volumetric  weight  of  each shipment  is  calculated  according  to  standard  IATA  regulations  (LxWxH  in  cm  /  5.000)  and  is  considered  the chargeable weight when it exceeds the actual weight

Services to / from Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania:

For shipments to/from Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania the maximum weight per shipment is 32 kilos. Each shipmentmay consist of only one parcel/box.

Same Day Services:

The maximum dimensions of parcels accepted for Dame Day Delivery is the Post Box code 101 of Geniki Taxydromiki’s Packaging Materials (38x20x12 cm). For Same Day deliveries between different zones the maximum pricing and delivery time is applied

Delivery Days:

“Delivery Days” are considered the working days, Saturday excluded. For delivery regarding Remote Areas in Cyprus, delivery days increaseup to 2 additional days.
“Delivery Time” regarding Same Day delivery specifies the total time needed from pickup to delivery.

Local Offices may provide discounts (up to 25 %) to the Pricelist, as well as special terms and conditions for our business customers.

GTeShops Order Handling Fee: The order handling fee (0,50 €) is charged once-off regardless of the number (evidently more than one) of different providers – eshops that are chosen. i.e. regardless two or ten providers are chosen (there is absolutely no limit to the number of different providers chosen) the order handling fee is 0,50 €.
 

Customs & Customs Clearance
Shipments from Νorth Macedonia to Greece:
Packages of a personal nature (between private individuals / C2C) and with a declared value of up to 45,00 € are not subject to any Import Fees or Duties.
Commercial Shipments and or e-commerce orders (B2B & B2C) with a declared value of up to 150,00€ are subject to a Import Fee of 24% VAT and for declared
values above 150,00€ additional Import Duties depending on the Tariff code of the included goods. The Import Fees & Duties as well as any relevant Clearance
expenses (such as but not limited to: Customs broker fees, Storage Fees etc) are payable by the receiver οf the shipment and in case of their refusal, by the
shipper.
Shipments from Greece to North Macedonia:
Packages of a personal nature (between private individuals / C2C) and with a declared value of up to 22,00 € are not subject to any Import Fees or Duties.
Commercial Shipments and or e-commerce orders (B2B & B2C) with a declared value from 22,00€ and up to 90,00€ are subject to an Import Fee of 18% VAT and
for declared values above 90,00€ additional Import Duties depending on the Tariff code of the included goods. The Import Fees & Duties as well as any relevant
Clearance expenses (such as but not limited to: Customs broker fees, Storage Fees etc) are payable by the receiver οf the shipment and in case of their refusal,
by the shipper.
Shipments from Albania to Greece:
Packages of a personal nature (between private individuals / C2C) and with a declared value of up to 45,00 € are not subject to any Import Fees or Duties.

with a declared value above 22,00 € are subject to VAT 20% and Duties depending on the tariff classification of the contained goods. Packages between family
members and with a declared value of up to 45,00 € are not subject to VAT or Import Duties.
E-commerce orders (B2C) with a declared value of up to 22,00 € are not subject to VAT or Import Duties. For declared values above 22,00 €, VAT 20% and Import
Duties depending on the tariff classification of contained goods apply. The Import Fees & Duties as well as any relevant Clearance expenses (such as but not
limited to: Customs broker fees, Storage Fees etc) are payable by the receiver οf the shipment and in case of their refusal, by the shipper.
